The importance of reading Quran

Quran was revealed to our great Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and is the only divine book of Allah which is present in it's purest form. No alterations and changes have been made in the Holy Quran.

If we are to stay away from sins then we must obey Allah's commands and laws and in this way not commit a major sin.  Allah's commands regarding interest, back biting, jealousy and adultery etc are written in the Holy Quran and we must obey these laws or otherwise we will commit a major sin.

Quran is the most read book in the world without understanding it's content. Even if we read Quran and recite it one page at a time or one ruqu at a time then Allah is going to shower his blessings or sawab even if we read Quran in such a way that we are stuck several times while reading it.

In the end what i would like to say is that we should invite people to apply Quran's teachings in their daily life.
