Is Shaytan active during Ramazan

 Yes It’s true,

But this needs emphasizing a few concepts necessary for you to understand what I am going to say.

A human isn’t just made of skin and bones, he’s has an entire committee inside of him that is constantly arguing and giving him decisions. Which unfortunately the human declares his own.

The following are the members of the committee

Nafs: Among-st the most powerful in the committee is the Nafs, A name given by Allah to the wishes of a human. These wishes depend of the status of a human,

If he is pious, they will be good, like help, read books etc.

If he is bad, they will be bad, like immoral-sex, money with no regard for the other etc

The Zamir [ Angel ] : To counter these wishes we have been bestowed by Allah the Zamir, it is yet another powerful member of the committee who takes part in the decision making and if a man tries to least listen to him, he can change his decisions. The zamir tries to bring one

To harmony

Calmness

Good-Deeds etc.

You Yourself: Even though you might be thinking that you are to be the most powerful in the decision making, your not. All you do is actually sit there and listen to what the Nafs and the Zamir says. If you are capable of listening, thinking and then announcing “YOUR” decision, you can control and lead the committee, how ever [like a majority of people] if you just sit there you’ll most probably lose to the Nafs because of another yet passive member who’s coming up next.

The Satan: The Satan is the most powerless, only passive member, who actually has no say at all. But what he actually does is, he lure’s the Nafs to the destruction of the human, to make the Nafs want to say stuff that would lead to the worst decision, so to say to Make him

Bad in the Society

In front of GOD

In front of Everyone

HE DOES THIS BECAUSE HE IS THE ENEMY OF MAN AND DOESN’T WANT HIM TO SUCCEED IN MAKING GOD HAPPY AND GAINING PROSPERITY.

WHY SO? BECAUSE HE HAS LOST EVERYTHING JUST TO DESTROY HUMANITY.[DO SOME RESEARCH]

NOW FOR THE ANSWER

All round the year the Nafs is lured by the Satan and comes in his trap, but after actually a small time the Nafs becomes like the Satan, he doesn’t need the Satan anymore and gives his decisions mixed in the Satan’s desires. Accomplishing which the Satan leaves the committee to return only when the human has rectified the Nafs and shunned the idiotic desires Satan wanted. So whether the Satan than stay’s or not doesn’t have any effect on the Nafs.

NEED FOR RAMADAN

It is actually a priceless gift of Allah that he has made Ramadan, A month in which all Satan’s are locked and the human is given a chance to rectify his Nafs from the affects of attacks by the Satan all year round. On top of that he is forced to keep ROZA[ Fast] to harshly stop the Nafs from Satanic desires, the Nafs[wishes] is[are] deprived of accomplishment and they are crushed, from which comes out a refined Nafs.

It is said the Stains of an iron bar from rusting can only be removed by heating it and hitting it, So is the same in the case of Nafs.

Good Luck.

The ones misleading Muslims during Ramadan are themselves.

Other answers have already pointed out that the popular interpretation of the hadith is that major jinns/shayatin are locked up, while ‘smaller’ ones are still free. However, its important to remember that shaytin are not the exclusive cause of sin in Islam.

The concept of one's nafs, or soul, is equally at fault.

Even if the hadith were to be taken at face value, and there were absolutely no shayatin on Earth for a month, we'd still see sinning and wrongdoing. Human beings naturally make mistakes. We have desires that go against how Alla… (more)
